Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The coffee-table book you are about to see is bound to spark conversation around the house and water cooler.

The Fargo produced and photographed book called "No Lumps, Thank You" is not only benefiting those dealing with breast cancer, but the newly published, creative book is turning the heads of book critics and reviewers across the country.

Meg Spielman Peldo has taken breast cancer to task, giving anyone who has been touched by it a chance to sit back and laugh.

Meg's newly published book, "No Lumps Thank You,” is taking the country by storm. Critics love the creative, clever use of everyday foods, flowers and you name it to turn art into a message of hope and survival.

Meg Spielman Peldo, Book Author: “Everyone has been touched by someone who has had breast cancer and every one of us lives with a fear that someone we love will deal with the disease. It is that prevalent.”

Bras that use humor to entertain and inform. From melons, to oranges, to hot peppers.

Some with regional humor.

The publisher has agreed to donate a portion of the proceeds to breast cancer. And Meg, who is part of the Bras on Broadway show will do the same with sale of these pieces framed.

Spielman Peldo: “I am thrilled we can raise a lot of money for breast cancer.”

One artist's novel way to wage a battle on breast cancer. Guns a blazing.

And during this "breast cancer awareness month" Sanford has teamed up with Meg for a second book that features the photos along with breast cancer survivor stories.

The book launch and reception is set for October 18th at the Plains Art Museum, from 5-9 pm.
