Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A quick note from the cone zone: there is now head to head traffic on 42nd street between main and 13th avenue south.
The right lane is closed and center turn lane is being used for southbound traffic while crews do power line work.
It expected to last up to two weeks.
