"Fill the Boot" campaign raises over $18,000 for muscular dystrophy

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - It was another successful weekend for the firefighters “Fill the Boot" campaign thanks to the generous people of the Red River Valley.
The annual fundraiser for muscular dystrophy raised over $18,000 dollars.
Firefighters manned the boots at all six Hornbachers locations in the metro over the weekend.
The money raised will be used to send area children to MDA summer camp and to continue research to find a cure.
