Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - Moorhead Police have arrested a man in connection with a downtown assault that occurred on September 6th.
Late Friday night, Moorhead Investigators partnered with Fargo officers to arrest Richard Lee Haaland, 46, of Fargo. Haaland was booked on charges of Felony 1st Degree Sexual Assault and 3rd Degree Physical Assault. He is currently being held in the Cass County Jail.
The investigation of this incident is still on-going and no other information is able to be released at this time.
