Fergus Falls man sentenced to 5 years after 20th DWI

Fergus Falls, MN (WDAY TV) - A man will do prison time again, after being convicted of more than his 20th drunk driving arrest.
Sixty-two year-old Richard Papenfuss from Fergus Falls, was sentenced to 5 years in prison today after a felony DWI conviction in Otter Tail county court.
Papenfuss had already served prison time for a previous felony DWI, and jail time for more than 20 other DWI's.
