Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo food pantry, that has served the region for decades, has reopened, and it's bigger and better than ever before.
The F-M emergency food pantry today opened at its new location, 1104 4th avenue north.
The larger facility is closer to downtown, has more food options and features twice as much space compared to the old location.
Linda Clarke, Emergency Food Pantry Coordinator: “All these little extra things to make it easier and to serve more people and we have more space. So it's all coming together and today's our first day so it's so exciting.”
The community donated $800,000 to cover the cost of the make-over.
