Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Pete Weber is known as the bad boy of bowling, but I learned today he's a pretty nice guy, too.
Weber was at the West Acres Bowl this afternoon, to help kick-off the new F-M Bowler's Tour.
He signed autographs and chatted about the sport with several fans. At 50 years old, Weber has won 36 PBA tour events, including 9 majors, 2nd most in professional bowling history. His most recent win was the U.S. Open in February, one that showed that the old man's still got it.
Weber says, " They try to intimidate me by picking on me. They're calling me grandpa and old man. They're asking me if I need a walker or a cane to get around. But, when they start doing that it starts making bad and I bowl a lot better. So, they better watch what they say when I'm on the lanes."
