MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A man accused of shooting a cab driver to death in Minneapolis this spring is now facing charges.

The Star Tribune reports a Hennepin County grand jury returned a first-degree murder indictment Thursday against 20-year-old Samuel Johosephat Taylor, of Robbinsdale.
Taylor's accused of shooting 56-year-old William Harper, of Roseville, in the back in his stopped taxi while committing an aggravated robbery on March 14. Taylor turned himself in to police the next week.
The Hennepin County Attorney's Office convened the grand jury and also obtained an indictment for second-degree murder against Taylor.
Taylor's trial is set to start Monday.
