Fergus Falls, MN (WDAY TV) - An update for a story we've been following for you. Two people have now been charged for stealing a puppy from West Acres.
Otter Tail County authorizes say Joli Martin and Jason Schmidt have been charged with a felony for taking a puppy from Pets-R-Inn, August 2nd. Fargo Police say the dog was found August 18th after a sheriff's deputy from Otter Tail County followed up on a tip.
Fargo police are crediting surveillance video for solving the case.
