JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) — Titan Machinery has started construction on a multimillion-dollar facility in Jamestown.
The Jamestown Sun reports that the West Fargo-based agriculture and construction equipment dealership chain broke ground on Tuesday for a facility that is expected to cost up to $6 million. It will replace the existing Titan facility in Jamestown that store Manager Tom Hausmann says lacks space.
Titan has nearly 100 locations in North America and 10 in Europe. The new site in Jamestown is expected to be finished by next July. Hausmann says Titan will expand its full-time workforce in the city from 32 employees to 35.
