Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- An NDSU linebacker, who was kicked off the team 2-weeks ago, has been charged with indecent exposure.
Court documents say Brandon Jemison exposed himself in the presence of a woman and minors at West Acres, in the afternoon of July 27th. Jemison's father says his son realized he had a hole in his shorts, and was trying to fix it.
The charge is a misdemeanor.
