Bismarck High football coach is suspended 4 games

Bismarck, ND (WDAY TV) -- Bismarck High's football team is in West Fargo tonight, minus it's head coach.

Bismarck, ND (WDAY TV) -- Bismarck High's football team is in West Fargo tonight, minus it's head coach.

Mark Gibson has been suspended without pay for 4-games. The superintendent says Gibson had a public display of affection with a female school employee in July, breaking school conduct rules.

Gibson also teaches. He's been re-assigned from the high school to a middle school. The other school staffer involved also has been transferred.

Gibson has coached the Demons to 4-state championships.
