Fergus Falls, MN (WDAY TV) -- Don't call it quits on the Fergus Falls Regional Treatment Center just yet.

Fergus Falls, MN (WDAY TV) -- Don't call it quits on the Fergus Falls Regional Treatment Center just yet.

The city council approved a 6 month deal with a California brokerage firm to market the Kirkbride complex. By a vote of 5-to-3, Colliers International will market the former state hospital complex to interested developers.

A senior associate says the firm could generate positive interests. Half-way through the deal, the council will reassess, and if there are no leads, may continue with demolition.
