Convicted killer's request for DNA re-test denied

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A man convicted of killing 2 Fargo man in 1997, has lost is appeal to have some evidence re-tested.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A man convicted of killing 2 Fargo man in 1997, has lost is appeal to have some evidence re-tested.

Dale Burke was convicted of killing Lawrence Nelson and Edmund Huotari, setting their apartment on fire.

Burke was asking for more sophisticated DNA testing be done on a pair of Huotari's jeans.

The Supreme Court rejected his request.
