Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- It's a good time to be seeking a nursing job in Fargo. Sanford Health is offering sign-up bonuses of 15-thousand dollars for registered nurses.

They must have at least two years of experience and commit to stay at least three years at Sanford. As of Friday this incentive has landed the company 2 dozen new nurses.

Figures from Job Service North Dakota show that experienced registered nurses in Fargo last year earned on average, more than 66-thousand dollars.

Average entry-level pay was about 48-thousand-dollars.
