Mitchell, SD (WDAY TV) -- A 14 year old boy gets arrested for drunk driving, and in the passenger seat right next to him -- his intoxicated father.
It happened in Mitchell, South Dakota. Police caught the vehicle after receiving reports the teen was driving. His blood-alcohol content was point-165, more than twice the legal limit to drive.
He was arrested for drunken driving. The father was arrested for contributing to a minor and having an open alcohol container in a vehicle.
