Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Detroit man is accused of hitting a bus depot employee in the head with a magazine rack after the employee refused to allow him to board the bus because his pants were hanging too low.
Prosecutors charged 25 year-old Nigel Kino Wakefield with aggravated assault.
The incident happened at Tuesday night at the Jefferson Lines bus station in South Fargo.
The ticket taker says he told Wakefield he couldn't get on the bus because his pants were too low and his underwear was exposed.
He says that's when Wakefield picked up a metal magazine rack and hit him three to four times on the right side of the head.
James Lovejoy was treated and released.
