Retired Grand Forks high school conselor charged in prostitution case

Prosecutors have charged the first alleged client and he's a retired high school counselor.
60 year-old Michael Delmore of Grand Forks retired this spring after years as a counselor at Larimore High School.
He told investigators he found the girl's information on a web-site under an escort service.
She says Delmore paid her $80 for sexual acts at his home in the spring of 2011.
He faces up to 30 days in jail.
Delmore lives in Grand Forks with his wife Lois, also a teacher and a Democratic member of the North Dakota House.
