Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - A bus tour promoting the Obama-Biden ticket is looking to gain voters in rural Minnesota.
The Heartland Tour 2012, "Moving the Middle Class Forward" made a stop in Moorhead.
The purpose is to reach out to people in smaller communities to talk about what's important to them.
State Senator Keith Langseth and Representative Terry Morrow talked with voters about the importance of electing President Obama to a second term.
Rep. Terry Morrow, (D) Minnesota: “It reminds rural Minnesota, it reminds greater Minnesota that the Obama-Biden team has a vision for helping us prosper for supporting education, both at the K-12 and higher ed level. Supporting good roads, good bridges, supporting a sound farm policy that will allow our farmers to thrive.”
