Dragon Football program receives $100-thousand

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- Big news for the MSU Moorhead football program today, Former Dragon and TV Personality Ed Schultz donated $100-thousand dollars to the football program that will help fund scholarships for the next four years.

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- Big news for the MSU Moorhead football program today, Former Dragon and TV Personality Ed Schultz donated $100-thousand dollars to the football program that will help fund scholarships for the next four years.

That had 2nd year Dragons head coach Steve Laqua in a pretty good

mood on media day while he discussed his 2012 squad.

Laqua has a roster infused with youngsters, about 70 percent of his roster will be putting on a Dragons game jersey for the first time. While, some may argue inexperience can hurt a team, the dragons feel it's pushing them to get better.
