Sabin, MN (WDAY TV) -- The Clay county sheriff says alcohol does not appear to have been a factor in a rollover crash that killed a Moorhead High School student.
For the first time since the accident near Sabin Thursday night, sheriff Bill Bergquist identified those involved as Kullen Carney and Brendan Daly, both 16, and 17-year-old Austin Wagar
Bergquist says all three teenagers were wearing their seat belts. However, Wagar died Friday at Sanford in Fargo as a result of his injuries.
Carney, who was identified as the driver, and Daly both have been released from the hospital.
The sheriff's office hasn't closed the case, it's still investigating.
