Fargo cafe owner wanted

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Cass County arrest warrant is out for the owner of Luna café in Fargo.

A police report says Soran Kaka of West Fargo is wanted for conspiracy to commit theft.

Kaka's van was seen on video tape at a burglary at Bergstrom Electric in north Fargo on July 9th. The van was then tracked to Bismarck on August 2 and a burglary at RK Electric. Copper wire was taken from both businesses worth about 130-thousand dollars.

On Monday, Kaka and two other men, Jerry Dean of Fargo and Joel Lumbreras of Carrizo Spring, Texas, were charged in Burleigh County with felony theft.

The men may also have been involved in copper burglaries in South Dakota and Iowa.
