GRAFTON, N.D. (AP) — Four city workers in Grafton accused of stealing city property have pleaded not guilty.
The charges are filed against former Utilities Superintendent Brent McMillan and three of his employees, Brady Strom, Russell Geddes and Kelly Laskowske.
All four were fired in June. The City Council reinstated Geddes and Laskowske last week, but Walsh County State's Attorney Barbara Whelan tells the Grand Forks Herald that she still plans to prosecute them.
The four men are accused of stealing and reselling copper wire and electrical equipment.
