Authorities identify Vergas drowning victim
VERGAS, Minn. (AP) — Authorities have identified a man who died while scuba diving near Vergas.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office says he was James Reardon, 51, of Pierz.
Reardon was diving Saturday afternoon with a friend on Lake Seven when he went missing. His friend summoned help, and Reardon was found about 20 minutes after authorities arrived.
Sheriff Brian Schlueter says Reardon was an experienced diver and no problems were found with his equipment.
