Man drowns in Otter Tail County

Vergas, MN (WDAY TV) -- Police say a man drowned in Otter Tail county this evening while scuba diving.
Police got the 911 call just after 5. They say the victim was scuba diving with a friend at the Seven Lake Public Access, it's just North East of Vergas.
The victims friend couldn't find him in the water, and it took authorities about 20 minutes to find his body at the lake bottom.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
