FARGO, N.D. (WDAY TV) - Ticket sales were tremendous at NDSU Wednesday on the opening day for single game football tickets.

The ticket office says nearly every ticket has been sold for the six home games at the Fargodome this year. NDSU had to cut off season tickets earlier this summer at around 12,100.

That's the anticipation surrounding Craig Bohl's football team for 2012.

On the eve of fall camp opening, part two of my sit-down with the head coach, where we examine the critical points of this squad starting with what position he's concerned the most about.

Craig Bohl, NDSU Head Coach: “There are really two things, in the first place we are looking for two offensive linemen. We have some musical chairs at that position spot. We are trying to find and solidify that right tackle position and then a right guard position. But going into fall camp we have got some real concerns and we are optimistic that we will have some answers but we don't have any right now. The other thing we have to do is solidify our kicking game. Both our place kicker and our punter are gone so as a result we need to find two good players at that spot.”

Dom Izzo: “On the flip side, biggest strength you are confident in heading into the fall?”

Bohl: “I think probably our defensive line or starters, and then it's probably a really close second our secondary. I think those two spots I think are as deep as we have ever had since I have been our head football coach.”

Izzo: “You had a change in your coaching staff obviously with Scottie Hazelton leaving to go to USC, promoting Chris Klieman to defensive coordinator. Is there any change that we will see on the field or is that about as seamless as it gets?”

Bohl: “I think it will be seamless. Chris was in our system last year. He has experience as a coordinator before. Maybe some fine tune things. There might be a third down where something is just a slight different but it will be very very slight.

Izzo: “Brock Jensen had one of the best years as a quarterback in Bison history, what does he have to do to take the next step this year?”

Bohl: “He needs to transition in becoming more of a leader. Then as opposed to maybe taking the ball down, we never want to discourage this where he takes off and uses his athleticism that his reads have become quicker and he had good competency last year. He needs to have great competency this year.”
