Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The Fargo Police have issued a sex offender change of address notification. Ramon Martinez, a Level III Sex Offender, has moved to 1122 2nd Ave S #3, Fargo.
Martinez was convicted in 2001 of Corruption of a Minor in Richland County District Court. He was convicted in 2007 of Corruption of a Minor in Cass County District Court. The victims were both 16 year-old female acquaintances. Martinez is a lifetime registrant.
