Minnesota man arrested for assaulting fast food employee in restaurant bathroom

Pelican Rapids, MN (WDAY TV) -- A Pelican Rapids man faces charges, accused of assaulting a fast food employee in a bathroom.
Police say 27 year-old Gerardo Martinez held a 16 year-old employee of Arby's in a bathroom against her will, and tried to kiss her.
At first, police didn't know if the assault had actually happened, but Martinez tried to contact the girl over the internet. Police investigated and arrested him.
