Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- A Moorhead man may spend 12 years in prison after a plea agreement in Clay County Court. Geraldo Torres said he was only trying to scare the man, not kill him. Torres is pleading guilty to 2nd degree attempted murder.
According to court records, Torres and another man "got into it" after a traffic incident. The man followed Torres to Regal Estates mobile home park. Torres admitted to firing at least 3 shots.
He was arrested in December in his mom's house in Lubbock, Texas.
