Sanford celebrates groundbreaking right off 45th Street

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- It's hard not to miss it when driving down I-94. Crews are setting up a huge stage and numerous tents.

Sanford's getting ready for it's groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday night. It's celebrating the new site just off of 45th Street.

The party is for employees, their families, and community leaders only. Things get started around 7, and yes, the rumors are true, Train will be performing, so you might be able to catch a glimpse of the band if you drive by.
