West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A West Fargo man is accused of breaking into a business in Otter Tail County Sunday morning.
Forty-two year-old Clint Howitz faces burglary and property damage charges. The owner of At the Hop Diner found Howitz drunk and passed out in his business around opening.
It appears he had forced open a locked door.
