Jamestown man gets jail for soliciting minor

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) — A Jamestown man has been sentenced to 60 days in jail after pleading guilty to soliciting a minor.

The Jamestown Sun reports that 28 year-old Johnnie Lee Moore also was ordered to pay more than $800 in fines and fees.

Moore pleaded guilty to engaging in a sexual act with a minor sometime between Dec. 1, 2010, and April 30, 2011.
