FARGO, N.D. (WDAY TV) - The outfield at Newman Outdoor has been taken over by a more chilled-out environment than baseball.
Fittingly, a Fargo band kicked off the Fargo Blues Festival this afternoon. The band is Blues Tonic.
The event is in its 17th year. Forty food, beer and novelty booths surround the outskirts of the outfield. And 12 bands will hit the stage for this two day event. Tomorrow night’s headliner is James Cotton. He's in the Blues Hall of Fame and a Grammy winner.
