Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public of a sex offender who has moved.
Jordan Charles Earring, a Level 3 Sex Offender, has moved to 528 27th Street North in Fargo. Earring was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Morton County in 2006, a Class B felony. His victim was a 15 year-old female acquaintance.
Earring is a lifetime registrant.
