Otter Tail County (WDAY TV) -- An Otter Tail County man faces charges, after authorities say he strangled his step-father during an argument.
Court documents say 25 year-old Thomas Johnson was upset by the way his step-father docked their boat. The intense argument turned physical. Johnson is accused of first choking, then kicking the man in his face. Another party stepped in to stop the fight.
The incident happened at 10:30 Saturday night.
