Mental evaluation is ordered for Deniger case

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- The man accused of killing his wife in their South Fargo apartment, is being ordered to undergo a mental evaluation to determine of he's fit to stand trial.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- The man accused of killing his wife in their South Fargo apartment, is being ordered to undergo a mental evaluation to determine of he's fit to stand trial.

Attorneys for 50-year old Henry Deniger asked for the evaluation. His next court appearance is Aughust 2nd, but results of the revaluation are expected before that.

Deniger is accused of stabbing his wife, Kathye, in March.
