Valley City man arrested for luring a minor

Valley City, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Valley City man is in jail, accused of luring a minor.

Valley City, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Valley City man is in jail, accused of luring a minor.

Police say 31 year-old Joshua Holm tried to lure what he thought was an underage girl by computer. Police say Holm engaged in an online conversation, and may have exchanged pictures.

If convicted, Holm could spend 10 years in prison and pay a $10,000 fine.
