Naked walking man arrested in downtown Fargo

Fargo, N.D. (WDAY TV) - A bizarre arrest for Fargo police. They found a naked man walking downtown.
31 year-old Joseph Ertelt of Fargo was wearing nothing but shoes and socks. When asked why he was naked, Ertelt told officers,"Why not?"
Police got calls about a naked man walking near N-P Avenue and Fourth Street just before 3am Sunday.
Ertelt was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure. Police say he was intoxicated.
