The U.S. Marshals Service says 30-year-old Ahmed Toliver is being held in the Cass County Jail. He was arrested Friday. A detention hearing will be held within the next five days.
Toliver is considered a high-risk sex offender. He was convicted in 2001 for gross sexual imposition.
