Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Bail is set at $100,000 for a Fargo man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a park. Forty-four year-old Andrew Vivier is charged with felony gross sexual imposition, terrorizing, and simple assault.
The incident happened in Lindenwood Park on Tuesday. Police say Vivier forced the victim to have sex with him and punched her in the face several times. He threatened to kill the woman if she told.
