Public warned about prisoner escape in South Dakota

Spencer, SD (WDAY TV) -- The public is now being warned of danger after a prisoner escapes a transport van in South Dakota.
Authorities spent all day today and yesterday searching for 31 year-old Oscar Herrera-Menjivan. A Florida prisoner being transported to Nebraska.
Police say he got away when the van he was in stopped for fuel, just off I-90 near Spencer.
Oscar has a charge of sexual assault of a minor, and authorities say he is considered dangerous.
