Vergus man airlifted to Fargo hosptial after car accident

Vergas, MN (WDAY TV) -- A Vergas man had to be life-lifted to Fargo and is in critical condition, after a car accident along Highway 10.
Police say 73 year-old Jerry Haase was broadsided while crossing the highway from 460th Street.
The accident happened around 5:20 Saturday night. Thirty-eight year-old David Hiehaus was driving the truck that struck Haase's vehicle. Hiehaus was not injured.
