Military Appreciation Night at Newman Outdoor Field

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A special night for the men and women in uniform, and their families tonight at Newman Outdoor field.

It was military appreciation night at the Redhawks game. The night got started off with two paratroopers circling the sky -- and eventually landing in center field with the American flag.

The Redhawks players wore camouflage uniforms and even signed a few autographs before the game. First pitch was thrown out by Army Air National Guard First Sargent Kenneth Schuldheisz out of Valley City.
