A horrific collision caught by red-light safety cameras in Roselle Park, New Jersey. A vehicle runs a red light and t-bones another vehicle, sending it spinning through the air.
Since the cameras were installed, red light violations have dropped 47 percent. This is also a good time to remind you of North Dakota's click it or ticket campaign -- In effect now thru next Saturday.
Law enforcement will be stepping up seatbelt enforcement.
