Name released of man who died in a construction zone

Buffalo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Police are releasing the name of a road crew member who died after driving backwards and rolling his truck in the construction zone.

Buffalo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Police are releasing the name of a road crew member who died after driving backwards and rolling his truck in the construction zone.

He's 52-year-old Clyde Kisor from Pierz, Minnesota. The accident happened five miles north of Buffalo, North Dakota on County Road 5.

The man was partially ejected. His passenger, 47 year old Allan Hammer of Ashby, Minnesota was airlifted to Sanford in Fargo for treatment.

The men were not wearing seat belts.
