Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A trial date is set for a former Fargo surgeon accused of drugging and raping his wife.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A trial date is set for a former Fargo surgeon accused of drugging and raping his wife.
Jon Norberg will stand trial starting November 5th. Norberg is charged in Cass County District Court with gross sexual imposition and reckless endangerment.
He is accused of having sex with his wife, Alonna, while she was on propofol, a powerful sedative.
Alonna has publicly denied her husband's claims she agreed to the medication as part of treatment for a debilitating disease.
