Truck damages Interstate 94 bridge in southwest North Dakota
SOUTH HEART, N.D. (AP) — A truck hauling a 500-barrel saltwater tank caused an estimated $50,000 in damage to an Interstate 94 bridge in southwest North Dakota.
SOUTH HEART, N.D. (AP) — A truck hauling a 500-barrel saltwater tank caused an estimated $50,000 in damage to an Interstate 94 bridge in southwest North Dakota.
Highway Patrol Sgt. Dan Haugen tells The Dickinson Press that the too-high load became wedged beneath the overpass at the South Heart exit on Tuesday afternoon. Traffic had to be rerouted for a time.
Authorities say the driver was not hurt but likely will be cited.
