Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Fargo man faces charges after walking into the Loaf 'N' Jug store on south University covered in blood just before 4 this morning.
25 year old Edison-Ray Geanotte walked into the store bloody, and disorderly. Clerks called police.
When they and paramedics arrived Geanotte resisted medical attention. He was taken to Essentia Health for his injured hand which he cut when he broke a window at a nearby reality office.
Police say he put everyone involved at risk because of the blood involved.
Lt. Joel Vettel - Fargo Police: "Certainly anytime we have blood exposure to our officers that's something that is extremely sensitive, not just to the department as a whole, but to that individual officer, and individual medical provider, so we have a policy in place that will assist our folks."
Geanotte is being charged with Criminal Mischief, reckless endangerment with contact by bodily fluid, and resisting an officer.
