Pyromaniacs set to open in former Moorhead Discontent location

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - A head shop in Moorhead, which closed down after a recent drug paraphernalia ban, will soon open its doors again.

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- A head shop in Moorhead, which closed down after a recent drug paraphernalia ban, will soon open its doors again.

Pyromaniacs and Discontent closed in January. Discontent's owner says Pyromaniacs will now rent part of Discontents building and turn it into a tobacco and hookah sampling lounge.

That section was originally built to be a sampling lounge, but Discontent's owner Tom Tepley says he didn't want to open it himself for fear of prompting another lawsuit.

Tepley is waiting for the outcome of his lawsuit with the city before deciding the next step for Discontent.
