Sanford and Medcenter One close merger deal

Bismarck, ND (WDAY TV) -- The merger between Fargo and Sioux Falls based Sanford Health and Bismarck's Medcenter One is a done deal.
Bismarck, ND (WDAY TV) -- The merger between Fargo and Sioux Falls based Sanford Health and Bismarck's Medcenter One is a done deal.
North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem signed off on the last remaining government review necessary. Medcenter One will now operate under the Sanford Health Name.
All Medcenter locations will continue to provide care, and all staff will remain.
The transition process is expected to continue over the next year.
